Are you fertile a week before your period are you fertile 3 days before your period?

I usually get my positive ovulation test between cycle day 12-14. So a week and a half to two after the first day of my period

Neither. Usually you’re fertile 2 weeks before you period, give or take a few days because everyone is different with different cycle lengths. Ovulation takes place mid cycle. So half way between you’re period and the next one

If you have 28 day cycles you’re most likely fertile about 2 weeks after your period starts/2 weeks before your period begins. But without using opks and doing bbt, there’s not really a way to know for sure
