Baby sounds congested but no booger or anything else?

He’s only 9 weeks old but if he lays flat he sounds congested and stuffy, he wakes up angry cause of it like out of frustration.. I’ve tried saline spray, using the bulb syringe and nothing??

I have heard that this kind of thing, where it sounds like congestion but there is no mucus, can be related to reflux.

My son does it to I just suction it out he chokes on his snot it's like it's going down the back of his throat but once I suction it out he's fine and he no longer sounds congested

Happening to my little one as well I’ve been doing the nose spray and the automatic nose frida and nothing is coming out

Use saline and a nose sucker he probably is congested just further up. You could use a humidifier too.
