What should I choose!?🥺

Okay so my husband and I have been married for almost 5 years. We have two baby girls aged 2 &3. Since we got married we've moved a total of 8 times!!!! Reason is because every single place we've been at we've gotten horrible neighbors( fighting, doing drugs, cops around etc.) Like we have horrible luck I guess 😓 but anyway our lease is over in December and again we have to move because all three of our neighbors are horrible. I have cops outside my door every other week. The smell of drugs it's bad and I'm just ready to get out. IVE LOOKED EVERYWHERE and there's no availability. So out only option is to renew here again. My parents have a big home and a 1 acre lot. The have a three car garage they only use for storage. Today they offered my husband and I if we wanted to move in the garage and fix it up a bit so it's livable while we get the money we need to buy a house. (Since we're still trying to get the money together for a down payment.) We like the idea tbh but we also feel like we're gonna invade their space even though they are insisting to us that were not. So what are yalls thoughts? What would any of y'all do if y'all were in my shoes??!!?
