Toddler shoes in washer?

My toddler peed all over the place including in his shoes. Like a pool of pee in his shoes. I tried just using a cloth to wash it but it’s bad and smells. Does anyone know if I can throw his shoes in the washer?

Yeah you can. I always throw my kids shoes in the wash.

I only buy shoes that can be washed in the washing machine. But if they already stink I would try regardless.

I wash all of our shoes, and since it's hot here in Texas I set them either outside or in my car on the dashboard to dry faster.

Yep I do it all the time! I wash them and let them air dry, I put them by the radiator to speed up the process.

Yeah you can with cold water and do not put them in the dryer, set them on a vent to dry or in front of a fan!
