Birthing videos
Anyone else watching videos to prepare their selfs mentally for birth? I did this with my last child, watched several videos a day til I gave birth, it really helped me to not be scared of having my first birth without epidural (had first 3 with epidural). Now I’m thinking to not get the epidural again since my last birth was very easy( less than 5 hours from induction to birth) what are you guys doing to prepare yourself mentally for birth?
