I have just been to see my midwife as I'm 32W+3D and I never had my 28W bloods done. Anyway, I had the bloods done, heard my daughters heartbeat and then she was measured.. She was measuring at 30cm which means she has only grown 2cm in the last month and put me under the 50th percent Isle on my growth chart.

Because the growth was a bit low I had an emergency scan done and we have found out that there is a high blood flow I'm the umbilical cord which is the beginning of resistance to the blow flow. I was placed on a monitor for about an hour after we found out the news.

I was wondering if anyone else has or had this? I have to have specialist scans done to see things in more detail and I have to be monitored regularly and keep track of her movements, if there is any reductions in her movements then I have to go straight to hospital and be seen to immediately.

I'm quite shuck up considering I only went down for some bloods and found out this..

If anyone could give me any advice or support that would be greatly appreciated!

All the best x
