I usually have a small something before bed. I like to bake and we make our own ice cream, so we usually have something in the house. We don’t purchase sweets though.

I used to eat a lot of sweets when I was younger, but after high school honestly the allure of sugar just died. I don't crave sweet things anymore and when I do, I eat a minimal amount before deciding I'm done.
