Morning sickness feel like motion sickness??

Has anyone else experienced their morning sickness as 24/7 motion sickness? I’m definitely nauseous, but my main symptoms are dizziness, lightheaded, feeling off, and getting hot super fast while walking around (almost like hot flashes). Before being pregnant I was sooo sensitive to motion sickness. I have always been one who had to sit in the front and couldn’t look at anything while in the car. I always had to take medicine for a trip >1 hour unless I was driving. Anyone else?
