Question for breakfast
So I know I have a hard time waking up early because I usual start work late like around 5 or 12;30pm I was wondering what would be the most easy healthy breakfast to do in the morning. My stomach can be very sensitive I cannot eat anything t heavy in the morning. Any ideas ladies that might have the same problem as me ? Please feel free to let me know what kinds of food to eat in the mornings.
