Is this creepy/perv behaviour

When I was at someone’s home they took a photo of me and a girl caught them and told them to delete it. They wouldn’t so she took his phone then deleted it for me and made sure it was gone. The guy who did it is in his 50’s and I’m 19, the girl who stopped it was 25. She also admitted to me that she’s worried for me to be near him. I started hitting him for it and after he was talking about wanting to press charges on me but the 25 year old said she’ll never forgive him if he did.
