Rash between the legs

I’m making a doctors appointment in the morning but wanted to know if this happened to anyone else. I get this rash right in the crease between my vagina and my thigh. It smells so back and it hurts once you touch it and it’s really red. Its not chaffing. It normally goes away after a couple days. I’ve noticed this time my actual vagina has an off smell also. Does this maybe sound like BV or a yeast infection? Anyone else have this happen? It happens to my belly button too. It’s gets super red and painful and smells bad. so I’m thinking its a yeast infection. No sores or anything
