Extreme Baby Gas!

Nothing is working! Our LO didn’t have any issues until about 11pm. She just woke up and was super fussy…like screaming her head off fussy. She has a club foot so she’s been in a cast for about a week but she’s been farting up a storm so I know it’s not from the cast. She’s been on Enfamil Gentlease and hasn’t had any issues. We tried mylacon drops, bicycle kicks, tummy massages, the windi, Tylenol just in case her cast is also causing problems… I have no idea what else to do. She also has reflux pretty bad. She won’t sleep unless I’M rocking her…not my fiancé, me… please give me some ideas so she can feel better and I can get some sleep 😩
