I’m going to wait until my kiddo is 2!! I’ve dressed him up since he was born. He just turned 1. I’m only waiting so long because he can’t walk yet and he can’t have any dairy. So I want to get him used to non dairy candies.

I first took my daughter the year when she turned 1! Of course, she didn't actually participate in the trick-or-treating, but she was with us, either in my baby carrier or in the stroller while me and my husband went out trick-or-treating with his sister and her kids. It was really fun!
This year, we're planning to involve her more in the candy part, since she's going to turn 4 this year this december. So she's very excited to finally go with her cousins and wear a matching costume 😄

My oldest is 3.5 and we’re going to take him for the first time this year. My new babe is only 4 months and we’ll put him in a costume and bring him with us but probably won’t have him actually participate until he’s at least two.

My big kids were 4 and 5 when they went the first time.  My son is 2 and I’ll wait at least until next year.  He doesn’t know anything about it yet or even what candy is 😂 so no point.  
We are doing some toddler Halloween activities at home though and carving pumpkins and such

She's 2.5 and this is the first year we are taking her. She was 8 months old for her first Halloween and then last year we had covid obviously but it also was raining and cold last year so we opted to stay home and give out candy instead
