Anyone still using this room?!
I see posts from July and August but I feel like it's a little dead now! What are you ladies doing to lose weight/stay in shape? I've started going to the gym 3x a week and I feel GREAT! I eat a protein-based diet and stay under 1400 calories. I don't weigh myself as I know I get easily discouraged when the number doesn't go down fast enough. Anyone else like me?!
