Im 34weeks pregnant and today I took a mirror down there to you know, trim her up and noticed two small little (size of a pea) dark/purple bump pimple looking things on the very inside of my labia..

They dont hurt or itch or really anything, I squish them and it doesn’t cause me pain. They look like they might be filled with blood or idk 😖 I honestly wouldn’t have noticed, if it wasn’t for the mirror I wasn’t even aware of it

Im wondering what it is, maybe it’s all the extra blood flow from pregnancy or if it’s something i should tell my OB about at my 36week appointment if they’re still there by that time or should I call tomorrow asap..? 😩😩
