PCOS showing but no other help

Karina • Trying to conceive baby number one 🍼🤞🏼💖 over 3 years trying with unexplained fertility 🥺😞

So my scan showed I have PCOS, however my cycles are regular and AMH Levels are really good.

I’m not doubting I don’t have pcos but they just said to contact them when I want or if I want IVF. No other treatments offered.

Do I question all this or just accept it? 2.5 years trying now 🥺🥺🥺
