I’m freaking out 🥴 with my first daughter I tore but the doctor told me it wasn’t enough for them to stitch up so they left it the way it was. Well I mentioned last week at my 36 week appt and they said they were going to look at it this week and determine if I’ll need an episiotomy during birth.

I’ve had stitches plenty of times (of course it wasn’t fun) but never in my VAGINA 😫 is there anything I can do to help stretch now ? My brain is going in circles bc I can only imagine how painful it will be!!Not to mention after 6 weeks and healing how painful it’ll be to have sex or if my vagina is gonna look/feel the same 😭
