How do i tell my boyfriend i had a miscarriage when i didn’t even know i was pregnant?

My boyfriend and i are long distance and we’ve been dating about 2 months. I went to Georgia (where he’s from) and we had sex. But i’m on the pill and only get my period every 3 months. Last being 1 1/2 weeks before i went there. And now i’m finding out i had a miscarriage. How do i tell him?
