Clomid not taken exact same time

So I finished my dose of clomid 50mg and no side effects. I set an alarm to take them the exact time but on the last days, I wasnt home and forgot to carry them with me. I ended up taking them 5 hours later on Day 4 and 3 hours later on Day 5.

Does this affect if they will help me ovulate or not?

I should ovulate in 3 days according to the app and since am in my fertile window, am taking ovulation tests twice a day and all come out negative. I have in the past ovulated early thus testing early. Am not seeing line progress either.

Has clomid worked for any of you despite taking it at wrong time?
