Advice for first time mom?

I’m currently 24 weeks pregnant with my first who’s a babyboy and I’d love any tips n advice from any moms especially moms of boys💙
Also would appreciate recommendations for any baby supplies or what to put in my hospital bag for the baby and for myself💕 I honestly have no clue where to start and don’t have a mother figure in the picture to ask about this kind of stuff

You will get peed on until you get the hang of diaper changes 🤣. Wipe a wipe across their belly before you open the diaper to change to get them to pee in the diaper.

I love my baby boy so much!! I am sure you will love yours as well! They teach us the true meaning of love 😍
For hospital bag go simple, flip flops to shower and walk around. Comfortable clothes for you, clothes to go home.’ For you and baby. Comfortable clothes for baby. Nursing pillow, phone charger. They will give you a lot of things at the hospital. The baby is pretty much covered with diapers and everything else.. even clothes but mamas usually like taking their own. They will also provide your postpartum care.
I recommend educating yourself on breastfeeding (in case you want to nurse) it will be the hardest thing you will have to deal with for your babies first couple of days. Watch videos, read, look for help on proper latching!

Newborns are newborns. Not too much different really. Cover the peepee with the clean diaper when you’re changing.

Baby boys are the BEST! They really don’t need that much “different” care than girls until they’re a little older! They’re so snuggly and deserve alll the kisses and love!
For your hospital bag I would bring a boppy nursing pillow, your pump, and a nursing bra! Oh and an extension cord or long phone charger as some of the outlets are in funky spots in the room!
