What do Medi-Cal (and/or other US government health insurances) provide for TTC'er's?

Hi Everyone! Was wondering what the  maximum benefits Medi-Cal (and/or other US government health insurances) provide for TTC'er's. Anyone with actual experience, please? Thank you!

Because if you mean fertility treatment even most private paid insurance plans do not cover fertility treatments so I highly doubt a government or state-funded plan would do so.

I don't know a lot about Medical specifically, but I can tell you that the majority of health plans, both private and government funded, do NOT pay for assistance in conceiving unless it is medically necessary. For example, they usually won't pay for IVF, but they will pay to treat PCOS and endometriosis which in turn could lead to conception.
