Preterm labor?

Ok so this is my second , two completely different pregnancy’s / symptoms .

I’m 33 weeks today but at my last ultrasound last week I was measuring at 35/36 weeks and baby was already 5 1/2 pounds I also found out that I had too much amniotic fluid and am waiting to see the specialist I’ve been referred to to check on it. Fast forward to today….. I have been having TERRIBLE sharp pelvic pains , can literally feel down there expanding (at least what it feels like) and when I was getting in the shower my breasts were leaking actual breast milk/transition milk and about 5 minutes ago I lost my mucus plug. Does this sound like possible preterm labor? Anyone experience this before? I will be calling my doctor tomorrow just to make sure everything is ok!
