Acne on chest, breast and back

Hi, I am 7 dpo Today but since yesterday I have small acne all over my chest, breast , shoulder and back. This never happened to me! I have many many many ! I do get 2-3 spots 2-3 days before AF but I am not expecting AF for an other week ! Could this be a sign of early pregnancy?
