Period or implantation?

I have a feeling it’s my period ☹️ I started Clomid for the first time September 17-21 Positive opk September 27 I had a headache all night and still do. I never get symptoms etc. before or during my period. Can Clomid help your cycle regulate? Mine have been all over the place. Hopefully Clomid will help eventually *sigh*
