Bleeding belly button?

My babies umbilical cord stump fell off on the 8th there was no bleeding til about a day ago when i noticed a little scab fell off. This morning i woke up to (pictures). Is this normal?

Normal! Just like any other wound healing

Don’t put anything on it. Just let it do it’s thing! Totally normal. 
Use a wet wash cloth around it to remove dried blood.

The same thing happened to my baby today. She is 25 days old her stump fell off around 12 days and there was some blood last night. How is your baby doing did you see any doctor? Is this a sign of concern?

Try keeping it covered with Vaseline so it rubs less
