I think I already know the answer to this but Is there a way to just have one successful egg fertilized / ONE embryo/blast ? I am really struggling with what I’m do if we have more than one, as we just want one more child😔🙏🏼 morally I’m conflicted and it makes me really sad thinking about .

I’m 35 but was told I have an AMH score of .4. That’s also in addition to a 9 or 10 FSH score 😢
