Need advice

I got 3 positive pregnancy tests (one of them digital) on Monday. Had blood drawn yesterday (Tuesday) to confirm. HCG level was 37. Ovulation was October 3. I've been extremely hot lately; my breasts are tender; and when my belly presses against anything, it's very uncomfortable. I'm also nauseous.

Is this level good? Or is it low and indicating a miscarriage? Please help me ease my mind...

Edited to add: the nurse called and said that they think the number is too low and indicates a loss. I'm looking for others who had low numbers but went on to have healthy pregnancies and babies. I've had 3 miscarriages, and I'm scared.
