Finally a positive result, but so nervous!

Hi all

I found out I'm pregnant (finally) after years of trying! So my first positive ever! I can only see my gynea next week Wednesday, and I'm so nervous of what to do in between now and then! Also, unfortunately I am a smoker. Is it safe for little one to quit immediately, or must it be done slowly? Estimated 5-7 weeks now
