You’re opinion?

First, I am just looking for a opinions not medical advice I know you’re not doctors. I have talked to the pediatricians and my daughter is seeing a GI specialist. I simply feel as if something is wrong and you never know when someone else has had a similar issue and can lead you to ask the right questions or get the right answers. Thank you 😊

So I have a two year old and a 4 month old. Both girls, I know every baby is different, but I have noticed a huge difference in both of them. For example my two year old at this time was very active, playing, shaking her hands and kicking her feet around, laughing, smiling, making noises, ect. My current 4 month old still sleeps 98% of the time. The only time she wakes up is when she’s hungry and she falls back to sleep eating. She ALWAYS has to be on her belly or she curls up and screams. She’s always been able to roll herself over since I brought her home and has been able to lift her head up since she was born. She always has her fist clenched, even when sleeping and if she doesn’t have something to grab she grabs her face/ chest/ stomach/ whatever she can. She may interact for a few minutes out of the day then goes back to screaming until she’s laid onto her stomach and goes back to sleep. We don’t know what’s wrong with her belly yet; we just know she goes 2-3 weeks without a bowel movement, her stomach is descended (swollen/ inflammation- according to an X-ray at a children’s hospital), she has super bad gas, gasps for air, has trouble drinking a bottle - we have to stop multiple times so she can swallow it and not choke on it, and spits up a lot. She was born at 35 weeks, I was rushed in due to eclampsia seizures and induced, vaginal delivery, respiratory distress at birth, cpap, jaundice, complications with “sticky blood”, said she would have to get more test done at 6 months, 11 day nicu stay. For age comparison My other daughter was born at 37 weeks weeks so I thought their mile stones would be similar timing. My youngest just seems like she hasn’t made any progress since we brought her home in mile stones. She always seems to be clenched up in a ball. Once again I know you’re not doctors nor am I asking for medical opinions from you just hoping someone might know something I can ask at the doctors or maybe someone went through something similar. I tried to add everything that might be helpful to someone who knows more or who can relate. I have brought this up to every doctor and specialist we have seen and at the children’s hospital and they just blow it off and treat her for her stomach problems or shots, whatever we’re there for then I still don’t get answers I’m looking for. Please no hate, I’m doing the best I can and trying to switch pediatrics everyone is full right now until December. Thank you for taking your time to read this and comment.
