Possible labor approaching??

I’ve been having Braxton Hicks since 15 weeks but they have just now been getting consistent all throughout the day. I am 34w4d and baby also dropped the other day so I have been having lightning pains on top of my Braxton Hicks. 🤦🏼‍♀️ could I be getting close to labor? I’m so nervous to go into labor too early.

Also you can definitely tell baby dropped by looking at the pics 😬
