I'm 6 weeks postpartum and me and my bf just had sex and he came in me. I'm breastfeeding can I get pregnant and in how many days will I know if I'm pregnant.
That's true, I didn't say it was impossible. But it's pretty uncommon.

I've been EBF for seven months. I had my first period at 6 weeks PP. It's not safe to assume birth control will be a reliable contraceptive. Every body is different.
