Ladies, ask your OB if you can pull your own baby out when you're giving birth. My doctor asked me if I wanted to pull my son out myself when his shoulders were out and it was the most AMAZING experience. I didn't realize it was even an option until she asked me. Congrats to all the soon to be mamas 🥰
