2 or 3 glasses of wine per night with hubby???

I think its where I sit at home all day so when 6 hits and hubby brings wine, we drink and enjoy each other's company!

2-3 glasses of wine A DAY?? Definitely too much- I would be worried if you were my loved one. Try cutting back to one glass.

The question is do YOU feel like it's too much? Do YOU feel like you are starting to have "a problem"? Do YOU experience issues if you don't drink? 
If the answer to the above is no, then keep on keeping on and enjoy your life, your wine and your good company. Life is short.

One glass of wine or one drink by definition is 5 ounces. A typical wine glass can be 12 ounces so your actually having 4 to 6 drinks per night. I recently heard a podcast from a dr who specializes in liver disease say that because we don’t know what one drink really means the age range of people in there 30s with liver disease has gone up significantly. Just food for thought

Are your kids asleep by 6? Not that I've never had a glass of wine with dinner with my kids, but drinking that much sounds concerning.

I can relate to this. I belong to a wine club and have always enjoyed a glass of wine or two with dinner without giving it too much thought. I decided to cut back a few months ago after I went to my annual physical and my doctor had me fill out a questionnaire asking how many drinks I consume per week. That was honestly the first time I thought about it and realized I was embarrassed by my answer. I think the combination of being a SAHM to a busy toddler and not getting out much due to COVID created this habit of pouring myself a glass of wine right after putting my daughter to sleep.  I still have wine or a beer a couple nights a week, but I’ve started drinking sparkling water   (which was also my wine substitute during pregnancy) on the other nights.

I clicked the wrong one but I think every single day is a lot. Maybe lower it to one glass a day if you want to every day or just once a week a couple of glasses.
