20 month old cold help

My daughter has developed a cold. She keeps grabbing her throat like it hurts, her eyes are watery and red, and her nose is super runny.

I’ve been using nasal spray and sucking all the snot out frequently and making sure she drinks a lot of water.

Any other tips on how to get rid of this fast? Or anything to give her some relief at night?
