Trigger for retrieval in 3hrs

I have two follicles measuring 16.2mm and 19.8mm; one on each side respectively. My E2 was 575 today. Triggering tonight with Ovidrel and Lupron for IVF on Sunday. I pray this works. It’s been a very rocky road with one no-go cycle, one canceled the day before retrieval because of low E2, and the last one they simply they could find the one egg in the follicle - trigger was administered too early.
