Growth ultrasound

Nicole

So today I’m 34 weeks + 1. My dr scheduled a growth ultrasound because I was measuring smaller but I’m very petite to begin with. The Dr didn’t seem concerned. I measured smaller with my first daughter. So today was the growth ultrasound. The ultrasound tech lady said baby girl seemed right on track. The only thing that got my attention is when she said baby girls head was measuring bigger and asked if big heads ran in the family lol but looking at the results got me a little concerned for her head being bigger. Should I be concerned? Anyone else be told that their babies head was measuring bigger?

These were my results:
