Third trimester hunger pain

Hi everyone!

I just entered my third trimester at 28 weeks. I drink plenty water and eat what I want (mostly healthy), but generally, I don’t have much of an appetite or cravings. I’m not over eating and I don’t believe I’m under eating. I eat appropriate portions of protein & carbs, and don’t need to stop myself from over indulging in other food groups since I don’t crave it much.

My issue is: throughout the day, I feel like I’m starving! Not ME, but I could actually tell this hunger is coming from baby. The hunger pain makes me miserable and causes lingering headaches, I could cry. I try eating more and even change up some of my eating options but it seems nothing helps. Do any mama’s on here experience this? If so, what foods help you ease this hunger pain?
