I believe I had a miscarriage....

Idk how to tell my boyfriend this. I was going through a time I didn't have my period and I thought it was the pill I was taking. I had signs that I was pregnant but not many. I didn't really worry cuz I didn't have many signs. Now that my mom brought up the miscarriage and being pregnant with my cousin... I know it happened to me for sure. :/ how do I tell people this?
