Cradle cap?

Does this look like cradle cap? 
It’s not flaky or anything unless you try to scrape it off.

Yes it is. I’ll go away on its own or you can let baby oil rest on it for 15 mins then bathe like normal and brush off with a comb. I’ll fall off. You can repeat every few days until it’s gone.
