My little one cries each time I put her down for nap during the day. I have a cover over the bassinet to keep it dark, she’s also swaddled, I look at sleepy cues and I feed play then put her down. Is this normal? She also fall asleep fine during bed time but middle of night she need to sleep on us. She was napping super well prior to 2 months, she would nap 2 hours at a time. Now, we get lucky if she gets 30min a few times a day. She gets a good hour nap right before bath time. But basically napping maybe 3-4 hours a day. Any suggestions?
