Should an actor’s race be taken into consideration when deciding who gets a role?
Certain characters or people are typically depicted as being a certain race, should this be a consideration whilst casting? E.g. recently in a tv show in the UK Anne Boleyn was portrayed by a black actress when she was in real life a white woman; this caused some controversy and I’m wondering what everyone’s opinion is across the board
