What could this mean

so I was 9 days late for my period last month and took a few pregnancy tests which seemed at the time positive look it too. These were taken on the 23rd, the 28th I started bleeding and accepted my period had started it lasted longer than it usually does ( normally 5 days ) then not even a week later I’m bleeding again, started off brownish then started getting more of a red ting, it stopped again by the 16th and today I’m having that when I wipe ?
