Tetanus shot side effects

Hey guys! So I go out of externship for school in like a month and all I have left for vaccine requirements is my tetanus booster. Haven’t had one in like 13 years so I’m definitely overdue.

I’m not sure why but I have like a craaaazy phobia of getting shots now that I’m adult. I read all these horror stories about people having seizures, brain damage, you name it. And even though the tetanus shot has been around for YEARS, I find myself panicking about it and me being that .5% that reacts badly.

Help a girl out! And no negativity please, I’m human.
