Someone please tell me what to do or how to fix this. I am struggling so bad, physically and mentally because of it. I am 4 weeks postpartum, and have mastitis in both breasts and feel like I am literally dying. We have 4 kids all under the age of 5 and my husband has been taking care of them by himself and trying to take care of me. I feel bad even asking him to help me.

My nipples are literally fire red and bruised looking, when baby initially latches it burns so. bad. He just had a tongue/lip tie cut 2 weeks ago and we still aren’t improving. Now my supply is tanking and I’m pumping after every feed and even that hurts like hell. CANNOT find an LC anywhere around my area that doesn’t charge an arm and a leg. I breastfed my daughter for a year, not even a year ago so I am not mentally ok with giving up but literally don’t see another option.
