Anyone know what kind of rash this is?

My baby (15 weeks) broke out in this rash today.  There are a few spots like this one.  They are raised and a bit rough to the touch and about nickle and dime sized.  No fever but he is trying  to cut a tooth so he is drooling a lot and fussy.  Sorry for poor photos

Eczema doesn't usually come out till about 3 months I think my Dr told me, but it wouldn't hurt to take him to the Dr to see. Me and my son both have it. Does the rash feel really dry and scalley?

My baby has that on he back of her head! I notice it more prominently after we are akin to skin and she sweats a lot

Anyone know what kind of rash this is?
