Blood clots
So I have PCOS and I have mild irregular periods. By mild I mean 31-35 day cycles on average. I just had a 57 day cycle and now I’m on my period simply passing clots. There’s not fluid blood when I empty my menstrual cup. It like plops in the toilet like I just cracked open an egg. The clots are little larger than a silver dollar. It’s really strange because I’ve only had an extended period once before at like 50 days. I had always passed really small clots every once in a while with fluid blood but now I’m passing larger ones and there’s like no fluid blood at all. I emptied my cup around 12:30 today and by 4:00 there’s just this big clot. So it’s not like my cups been in there for an extended amount of time. I work 12 hours shifts in healthcare so I’m always moving around, I eat balanced and portioned meals with Blue Apron with maybe a healthy snack or two (veggies, fruits, activia yogurt). I eat out or eat junk maybe one or two days a week and I use to eat like crap and my depression use to keep me glued to my bed. I don’t understand how making better choices would cause more issues. Has anyone had this happen? Im only super concerned because we have been trying for a baby for 3 years now and I feel like no matter what I do to improve my chances, it’s two steps back.
