Prenatal vitamins help?!

My mid-wife gave me all these samples to try. I like the first ones description but I really have no clue on which is best. Have any of you used any of these brands? What was your experience??

I tried Prenatal Pixie and Vitafol before as I received them as one of the samples. They're pretty good.
