I just found out that I most likely have PCOS several days ago. Still waiting for the final confirmation, but my doctor suggested that I start thinking about how I would like to proceed. I know the pill is usually the main way that PCOS is treated, but when I was on it I had horrible side effects and really couldn't do it.

Does anyone use an IUD to treat their PCOS? I tried googling to see if it was an option or not but it seems to be a very split decision.
