Help please??

Is this what Hand Foot Mouth looks like?? I’m trying not to overreact but I can’t help but think of worse case… We just moved and he’s around more kids now so I can’t help but think this is hfm. Yesterday we went to the pumpkin patch and he got in the corn so maybe that too 😭🤷🏽‍♀️ he doesn’t have a fever just itchy. It started out on his underwear line then today it’s all over. I put aquaphor and thought maybe I irritated it and made it worse but idk…
