For those who partner had their sperm tested can he put his sperm in the tube the doctor gave him a hour before appointment or does he have to do it in the office?

Course the tube will be in shade and not in direct light.
Sorry if it’s a stupid question.. would call doctors before hand and all that only we got a last minute appointment this evening for the morning

If he’s not doing it in the office he needs to do it no more than an hour before the appointment. Would suggest doing it then going straight to doctor to drop off.
